Peter W. Mogren       

Peter W. Mogren was born in Seattle, Washington, May 20, 1955; admitted to Washington bar, 1981; also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.  Employed at Mogren, Glessner & Roti, P.S. since 1980, and managing partner of the firm since 1987. 

Preparatory education, Seattle Pacific University (B.A. 1977); legal education, University of Oregon (J.D. 1980) Go Ducks!  Fraternity:  Christian Legal Society.  Member:  Seattle-King County, South King County and Washington State Bar Associations.  Peter is a King County volunteer Settlement Conference Master.  He also volunteers giving church services at the Kent city jail.  A CLC Referral Attorney.

Peter enjoys the practice of law.  His practice is primarily in the areas of family law (divorce, separation, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, modifications, relocation, property division, QDRO's), wills and probate.  Peter developed and maintains the firm web page.  He has written a Washington Family Law Caselaw Outline. 

Peter's philosophy of practice is to educate his clients in the procedure and substantive areas of the law so that they can make informed decisions regarding their case and life.  He deals with his clients directly, not through paralegals, so you get his personal attention.  He is prompt in returning phone calls and letters, and makes efficient use of his time (saving you money).

Peter grew up in Seattle, and as a child was on the J.P. Patches, Stan Boreson and Captain Puget local television shows.  Peter enjoys running 5K's (1st in age division in 2010 Ballard Leif to Leif Run, 3rd in age division in 2010 Kent Cornucopia Days Run, 6th in age division in 2010 Seafair Torchlight Run), skiing (water and snow) and working with his church youth group.  He is happily married and has two daughters in college.
